Hello, my name is Jana and I write things. As my best friend describes me, I am: pale, Finnish, and funny. In that particular order. I have a B.A. in Creative Writing and love writing creative non-fiction.
Why Anxiety Snowflake? Thanks for asking non-existent person in my head. Anxiety Snowflake is a mix of who I am. I suffer from anxiety and depression that came along with my PTSD diagnosis. Anxiety Snowflake is the piece of me that isn’t afraid to share my struggles and open up about my mental illness.
My passions include writing, hanging out with my cants, and binge watching way too much television. My PTSD Stems from a childhood trauma. There is a piece of my brain that is stuck at eight years old.
